By using the PAR website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.
PAR provides professional FAA Part 107 aerial intelligence services including, but not limited to:
Drone inspections
Construction documentation
Mapping
Photogrammetry
Environmental assessments
Infrastructure inspections
Emergency response support
Photography
Videography
Quotes and estimates are valid only as specified.
Weather, FAA restrictions, emergency conditions, safety considerations, and site access may delay or cancel operations.
All flights are conducted in accordance with applicable FAA regulations.
Deliverables remain the intellectual property of PAR until payment obligations are satisfied unless otherwise specified by contract.
Clients agree not to misuse reports or imagery outside the agreed project scope.
Liability is limited to the value of the contracted services except where prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
