PAR may verify identity and clarify scope before acting. Do not email passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Exceptions and timing
PAR may retain information required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, accounting, contracts, disputes, or other lawful purposes. PAR will acknowledge the request and communicate its outcome through a verified channel.

Third-party platforms
When information is controlled directly by Google, Apple, Meta, Stripe, or another platform, PAR may provide instructions or coordinate an approved request but cannot override that platform's legal process.
